I'm seeing a challenge in getting my Birth Certificate, that is required for the EB-2. The small hospital in which I was born no longer exists, and it was converted into a school several years back. The corporation in my country had asked to check with the municipality and see if they can get the birth record, however no records were found there. They also said, if there is any proof of hospital receipt, they can issue a non availability of birth certificate (NABC). However, we migrated from that place several years back, and don't have any proof of evidence to show hospital records.
I'm bit tired and exhausted after following up with the Corporation several times. Wanted to know what are the alternate options available in order to prove the birth date?
