I have a question about reschedule the interview appt. I was married to US citizen in July 2001, and I applied all the I-485 and I-130 in September 2002 ( more than 1 year after i was married), and I got interview letter from the INS in May 2003. I rescheduled my interview, but so far it has been 8 month but the INS has never send me another interview date in mail. I have gone to the Los Angeles downtown INS many times to check, but all they told me is go home and wait. Does anybody have any suggestions for me?
