Hello, can anyone please help?
1. I am currently working with an H1-B1 visa. I am getting married to a US citizen at the end of this month. We plan to apply for I-130, I-485, I-765 early next month. On I-765, I have to fill out: "Current Immigration Status." Would it be "H1-B1 Holder" or "I-130 Beneficiary?"
2. Snce we plan to live together starting September 2005, should all my fiance/ future husband's address be the new address (my address) although his Driver's Licence and other documents still reflect his old address?

Thank you so much for your attention and help. I really appreciate it.

1. Yes your currently status is H1-B1.
2. It shouldn't matter. When he file the petition I-130 he should put his new address, since he is going to live there and would be the residence of both. The USCIS won't ask for a driver's license. What they going to ask in the Biographic information (G-325a) is that when both of you have been living in the past 5 or 10 years (I can't remember now).

Good luck,
