Question about I-140

Hi all,

I submitted my I-140 two months ago for EB1. However, the employer letter indicated that my position is a visiting assistant professor position with indefinite duration, and that I will be workign here through the end of 2002, unless, ....

Just wonder whether my application can get approved with the above words. Is it necessary that I withdraw my application and re-submit?

On the one hand the emoloyer appears to be saying that the position is indefinite (permanent?) and yet in the next part of the sentence they say that there is a definite ending period. If I were an INS official adjudicating the case I would issue an RFE to clarify the situation.
