I started the I-129F application and all the additional papers that go with it.
I have few questions about the G-325A Form that my fiancée is going to fill in.
It starts directly with Name, date and place of birth, parents names, etc., then suddenly the next paragraphs are labeled:
Applicant’s residence last five years
Applicant’s last address
Applicant’s employment last five years
I assume she is the applicant the form talks about. But then at the bottom of the page it says:
Applicant: Print your name and Alien Registration Number …
Who’s name does she need to enter there? I’m not sure it needs to be her name as she already entered it at the beginning. Is it mine because I am the applicant?
