Q: Part 7 Outside of USA

I will sincerely appreciate if some one in the forum answers the
following question.

In the process of filling out Citizenship apps, I am kind of confused how to answer the part no 7 -- Time out side the United States. The fact is that I was visting back home in 2001, after
arriving at home, I had to visit Singapore few times.
So, my question has two parts. (a) Should I mention the countries which I visited while I was out side of US.
(b) If I mention, what day I should pick for leaving and
arrving to US beause I have one departing and arriving date,
under which I also visted differnet courtries. Any suggestion will
be highly appreciated,,

I would use of entry/departure date and in the counrty visited column I would put my home country, singapore.

In other words for multiple countries just separate them with commas.

First date, last date and all countries visited.
