Q about travelling to US on Canadian passport

My wife has previously been rejected for a US visit visa about 4 years ago. Once she gets her Canadian passport, is she eligible to travel to the US without a visa, or does she still have to apply for a visa at the US consulate?

Cdn citizens do not require a visa to visit the USA. All your your wife will need is her cdn passport...

Will her previous rejection have any effect on her ability to enter the US on a visitor-only basis?
