Processing Time to receive 7th Yr Extension ?

Hello All,
I'm getting ready to file my 7th yr extension for my H1b visa. My current Labor Application is with Backlog Elimination Center (BEC) for close to 2yrs now.
My question is -
1) How much time it is currently taking to get the H1b 7th yr approvals ?
2) Also, it there is seperate process for filing the H1b 7th yr extension for people whose application is stuck in BEC ????

Normal processing time 60-120 days. But it get approved earlier.
2) Also, it there is seperate process for filing the H1b 7th yr extension for people whose application is stuck in BEC ????

7th year extn need only proof for your LC pending more than 365 days. BEC stuck nothing to do with extension.
