Processing time for Citizenship in Baltimore

Hello,

I applied for my citizenship in April. Fingerprinting is done. Now I am waiting for the interview letter. This morning I checked the USCIS website for processing time. It says processing timeframe 7 months. What does that mean? Is 7 months from the day they notified you that they have received your application? Please someone clarify this. Thanks for all the help.

Filed N-400 in April 2007

Hi,
I also filed my N400 in April. My priority date is April 20.
I already did fingerprinting. Just waiting for interview letter.
Maybe notice for interview will arrive next month, if processing
takes about 7 months now.

Just wondering... I plan to travel 3rd week of December .
Hopefully, I get interview before then. My priority date is
