Process for Relatives and parents While on GC

Dear members,

I and my wife are currently on GC for the last 1 yr . There is 4 more years left for citizenship. Once i am citizen .. how long will it take to sponsor my parents for citizenship. what is the process and how long does it take for them to be citizens ?

Another thing .. once they (parents) become citizens .. can they sponsor my sibling brother and his wife for citizenship .. If yes then how long does that take ??

Because if i directly file for my brothers citizenship once i am citizen .. i understand that it is a very long process.
Please shed some light on the various options available to get my parents and my brother and his wife :
1) while i am on green card ?
2) while i am a citizen ?

parents - about a year.

citizen parents sponsoring their married kids - about 9 years.

you have to be a citizen to file for your siblings and parents.

Thanks for your prompt reply . You mentioned that for parents it will take a yr when i am citizen . Please clarify will it take 1 yr for them to be US Citizens or PR Holders ?
