Hi Folks,
I have a mistake in my LCA in my experience.
The time period for one of my jobs is written as July 2000 - March 2003. But I worked there till Feb 2003 only. I got severence pay for 1 more month and my current employer said, you can count that also as working since you were on thier payrole.
Now, the company is giving me an experience letter till Feb 2003. I still have enough experience to cover the required experience.
Please, let me know what to do in this scenario.
EB2 - Masters + 2 years
LC Priority Date: Feb 2005.
I-140 Applied June 2006, RFE.
I-485 Applied Aug 2007
