Priority date portability

My EB2 PERM labor and I-140 got approved. Priority date of this PERM labor is September 2005. My company recently got an approval for EB3 labor filed in April 2003. The original beneficiary is no longer with the company. If i use this labor for substitution and get I-140 approval, Is it possible to port this priority date to my PERM EB2 labor? Thanks for your help.
 
No. you can't

You may jump into that priority only if you are applying the EB3 job. In other words, you discard your EB2, and apply the EB3
