Premium Processing Question

hi,
I wanted to know if premium processing is possible if i have applied for a motion to reconsider a case when a case is denied by INS. Currently my H1 was denied but my Attorney has appealed for a motion to reconsider and has submitted necessary supporting documents. So i want to know if he can communicate again with the INS and push it for premium process by paying extra $1000.00.

I dont think there would be premium processing for "motion to reconsider" a denied petition. This is an appeal over a processed petition.
Would you mind sharing with me the reason for denial ?

actually my attorney didnot put the Labor pending document along with my H1 B filing for 7th year extension. So the INS desnied my H1 and asked for the proof of my Labor pending at DOL. However my Attorney has received the Labor pending document from DOL and has submitted to INS. I was just thinking if i can do a premium processing to speed up the case..
So premium processing is not possible when applying for a motion to consider?
