Premium Processing: EB1-EA or EB1-OR

New to this forum. Just a quick question to expert members.

Given a choice between EB1-OR and EB1-EA peptitions, whcih petition would be a better candidate for Premium Processing upgrade at TSC?
 
I guess it depends on what you qualify for ...

You are right. Is it a general perception that OR is a bit easy compared to EA!!!
 
In premium processing, the application goes to a senior officer and they look at it with scrutiny. So there are more chances of RFE and denials. However if your case is strong, then there should not be any problem in either one. EB1 OR has issues with permanent job offer and experience issues and people fail there. So cover yourself well on those fronts.
 
I had used PP for H1B previously. Did not know similar thing exsits for NIW/EBA.

Could you please let me know if it exsits for an NIW applicant? How much charge for how faster service?

PP does not exist for NIW. Only used to exist for EB1-EA. Not sure whether it started back again.
