Premium Processing after H1n ext RFE

hi,
  IS IT SAFE TO APPLY FOR PREMIUM PROCESSING AFTER GETTING H1EXT RFE. REPLIED FOR RFE IN 3RD WEEK OF APRIL IN TSC. NO REPLY, RFE SAYS NEED ALL MY PREVIOUS H1B\'S AS MY EMPLOYER BY MISTAKE APPLIED FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS OF TOTAL H1B PERIOD + EDUCATION EVALUTION.

Ask your company to talk to a senior agent at TSC.

Even my case is similar to you. RFE reply received by INS on 04/05/2002. Nothing happened. My company called them atleast a couple of times. They finally got hold of a Senior Agent who made sure my H1B was approved immediately. Atlast here i am with my H1B extension approved 06/07/02. I had to wait for 7 months. Premium processing is the way to go.
