Premium Process- Enquiry

Hi,

I applied my H1 on normal process on April 30,2008 and recived EACXXX number. due to India visit on Oct 1st week I asked my employer to make it premium process,
He sent USCIS 1000$ check and required docs on August 12th,2008.Check got cleared, I haven't get my H1 approval till now, Sept 8th he logged enquiry on this.
They haven't responded to that yet.
Can you please tell me How can I get my H1 approval by oct 1st week. My Present H1 will be expired on Sept 30,2008.
If I dont get the approval Can I travel to India in Oct 1 st week ?

You cannot travel to India, unless u get the papers approved. In case if u leave, u will have to stay back in India until u get u r papers approved and sent and you should get the stamping back in India in order to come to USA.
