Premimum processing of I-140 on EB2 for TN status holders

Hi everyone. Just wondering if the premium processing for I-140 (under EB2) can be initiated for a TN status holder. The general info that I found on that topic suggested that the eligibility requires a person to be an H1b holder in his sixth or later year. Thanks!!
 
Your EB2 I-140 is currently eligible for Premium processing.

About 3 years ago, premium processing was stopped for I-140, and then was reinstated in 2009 for H1's whose clock was running out. Since June however all but some EB1 and EB2 NIW are now eligible for Premium processing.
