i am planning to file fresh 140 & 485 from CA using a preapproved labor. Is their any RISK associated? HAS ANYBODY DONE IT SUCCESFULLY?
If YES then how much time should it take. thanks!!
 
You should be OK, if the company that you are currently working with(I mean future employment) has good turnover, no layoffs, you not being out of status, and no criminal record..
