I'm looking for Pre aproved labour. Is it Leagl ? or Illegal ?
I have applied my Labour in July-2003,NON RIR, EB3, OH, till date i have not received any corrospondance from the department of Labour, i'm plannig to go for pre approved labour. just i want to make sure is it legal or not.
BTW does anyone have pre approved labour please PM me...
