I have a friend who wants to transfer jobs using AC21. She's got a pending 485 since June '07. Has an approved EAD.
Can you please let me know how and what's needed to avail AC21.
1) Fees, Forms,
2) Lawyer needed?,
3) when to file...before leaving current company or when already with new one,
4) Requirements; Like 485 pending more than 180 days, any others?
I did not have to go through this and just wanted to help out.
