Can anyone help please.
I am applying my mom's GC here in US. The I-130 and I-1485 are approved.
She had her fingerprints taken twice because the first one wasn't good enough.
We got a call from USCIS officer saying she needs to get Police Clearance then they'll send the GC.
Question: What's the process?
Do we just got to local police department and ask for this clearance? is there a specific form we have to fill out? does the police department send the clearance directly to USCIS or do we get the clearance and send the report to USCIS?
