I need tolk to USCUS officer in San Francisco about my case. Does anybody know when is the opening time?

Regardless of when they open, you need to schedule an Infopass appointment in order to speak with an immigration officer about your case. The earliest Infopass appointments for SF DO are at 7:45am.

For general questions, I think they are open at 8am. If you want to stop by in the morning, I thin it's faster if you make infopass apointment. It's usually quiter in the afternoon. It depends on the days also; Monday usually busier compare to Wednesday.
