Please suggest me - TVU Student

I was on H1B Visa. Then changed my status to F1 through UNVA. After 1st semester, transfered to TVU. Bloody UNVA management didn't transfer my SEVIS because all students are moving to TVU.

TVU issued a new I-20, paid new SEVIS fee. Now Completed 2 semesters. Honestly I attended 5 or 6 online classes in whole 2 semesters. And I was working.

Now TVU is closed. Everyone is saying that I'm in out of status from long time because I didn't applied 'reinstatement'.

TVU totally misguided me. My wife is on student visa, Can I apply F2? Please suggest!!!!
 
I think you are out of status but speak to Attorney ASAP before things become worst. My advice to you please take personal appointment with Attorney ASAP, forum or Blogs may not help you.
 
try to switch to f2 and be honest. or else head back and enroll in a decent honored school and come back and so school. if ur looking at other diploma mills, its gonna be the same rules of the game !
