I got terminated couple of weeks back. I have an written agreement with my company not to join the client for one year in case of termination or resignation.
My terminate letter also states that I have to bind with the employment agreement for 1 year. My client is ready to give me an offer. I did not approach my employer yet. I know that, my employer will not agree for that.
Is there any legal problems involved in this? Did anyone knows, how the state law works?
I would really appreciate, if you someone can help me on this.
