Never received my green card since the welcome notice...Its been 2 and half months now...
Is it too early to file for I 90??? I heard that usually people get it pretty quick...

Yeah i did a couple of times...They always keep saying the same thing....sending a request to NBC...So tired of it...I took an infopass for next week...so will see....
