my h1 was filed in 2005 & after that they issued a RFE in dec'05 which is yet to reach my employer........Is it strange.............Does it happen.......the employer sayus they r in touch with USCIS to get RFe...
Should I look for another job ...considering the visas for this yr will fill up..
