Did anyone else get a PIN number from Buffalo? This will be in effect January 2nd, 2002 and you have to have this number along with your file number to call in and inquire about your file....

actually it came a few weeks after the AOR. You just need to have a PIN along with your file number the next time you call Buffalo and inquire about your case, effective 01/02/02.

AOR: sometime in October (* I had to call to get my AOR # *)
PIN: 12/21/01

I guess they are sending out PINs now.
