My PIL's visa got rejected today at the Mumbai consulate. We had sent all the documents completely. From their side they had all the docs...financial statements, ties to India, son in India, FIL works etc. But the officer simply rejected saying "Situation is not good". My FIL asked him whether they can apply again. He replied "You can try again"
As vague as the explanation was from the officer, Im confused when should my PIL try for a second attempt.
Any suggestions or cases where people have been approved the second time would help to decide.
As others who had their parents visa rejected would know, Im very dissappointed and sad over this. It seems that the consulate was rejecting 8 out of every 10 cases today. Wonder what the reasons are.
Any suggestions, comments as to how they should try for the 2 nd attempt would be helpful. Thanks.
