Photo problem

Please help me! I have my photo taken with all requirements ok, except for the head height, it is 78% of the total, but maximum should be 69%. Is it really compulsory or just estimated? should I take another photo?

Thanks ZeusNero, pretty iseful page. So I will have to take another photo tomorrow. I hope I won't be too late.
 
make sure to get more of your shoulders in the pic. Get a digital pic so you can crop to the specifications .
 
Dont be so much anxiuos about photo. I have seen some persons won lottery and got visa even with more worse photo, with shadows in background, bigger head size. Just make it as if a person is easily identifiable and no digital manipulations are there. Thats it.
