Hi,
I am a Bangladeshi national. My sister is a US citizen who is filing petition for me and for my another sister. She already filled in two I 130 forms. Prepared two money orders (each $420) as petition fee. The documents she wishes to enclose are as follows:
1. Her copy of US passport
2. Copy of Naturalization certificate
3. Copy of her birth and our birth certificates
4. Copy of our parents marriage certificates
Are these enough? I hv gone through the web of USCIS and that mentioned these docs. Is there anything missing? Does she need our passport copy, photo etc with this application?
Seniors please help. I dont want any attorneys help. This forum always helped me awfully.
