Could any of you guys please explain advantages of PERM vs NIW for J1 physicians. I tried looking into prior forums, i couldnt clearly get an explanation. They said each has advantage and disadvantage,but i dont know what they mean. Is one earlier than other in obtaining GC specifically for J1 waiver physicians? When should i start for that process?
