My PERM Case details

Can someone update my case details in the tracker sheet.

PERM
EB2 , MS + 3 yrs.
Software Engineer
Applied on 11/30
still waiting
Went to Chicago

Anybody know of a DOL conference where they agreed that applications filed in Summer of 2005 are not processed properly and some of them aren't even touched? My lawyer told me this reason for delay in my case and said she is sending formal enquiry to DOL to get status of my case.

Mine was filed on June 13th.
 
Mine was filed on July 23rd and it is still "In Process" (142 days). Is he sending the inquiry via email? My lawyer did and received the standard response. Where did you hear about this DOL conference? Did they say what is the reason and what they are going to do about it? I'm really flustrated with this crap. It seems like lawyers are not pushing the DOL enough to find out more about the summer cases. There must be lots of cases filed in June/July. I simply don't get it. Isn't there a phone number at DOL so some lawyer can call and demand answers? My case is EB2 and I'm not from a retrogressed country so it really sucks to wait and wait.

In a recent meeting with the AILA and the DOL it appears that the DOL requested that any case that is over 90 days be sent to the AILA liason and that they would look into the matter. AILA is the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Got letter of confirmation of Withdrawl of my RIR case November 30th

Good speed guys...i think chicago is picking up.

So DOL statement that winters will be faster than summers is coming true.

MY Friend Got Approval in PERM

Hi All,

One guy from my company got PERM approval in the one day.

Also Two of My friend applied in the PERM they got approval in the less than
45 days.

All are from NY.

MIne was filed on 09/20. EB2: MS+2 yrs: IT Manager, CA.
Chicago center.
Got the sponsorship email immediately. But case shows still "In Process"
 
what state did you apply from?
Any more info like EB category, more exact application date?

conversion case approved

Guys
I just got a call from my attorney that my PERM was approved.
I filed a conversion case in Early October , with a priority date of Dec 2004.

It was EB3 , BE + 2years Exp.
it was filed with Chicago center.

Please update the xls sheet with the info.

Good Luck to all of you guys, looks like Chicago is finally working. :)
