PERM denied, please help!!!

unitednations, I do have both secondary and primary, H.8 is NO but H.10 is YES. I have no idea about "immigration law" logic, for me, it seems if you answer H.10 YES, you should also answer H.8 yes....

So do you see any problem of H.8=No while h.10=yes ? thanks a million

If you don't have a secondary requirement then there is no sense putting this sentence in. This sentence is when you have a primary and secondary.

If you only have one criteria and you don't meet it then what is the sense of the sentence. That sentence won't get the perm approved if you don't meet the one criteria.
