I am starting a thread to track how long the PERM audit cases are taking to clear. Please provide the following:

1)Your processing Center:
2)Perm Filling date
3)Audit Response date:
4)Position applied for:
5) EB category
6) Action taken to expedite
7) If approved, then appoval date.

4)Position applied for: Information Technology Manager
5) EB category : EB-2
6) Action taken to expedite: E-mails and Fax sent. No luck with phone calls
7) 7) If approved, then appoval date: Case still pending

Docs they asked for in audit

What all documents did DOL ask for when they audited. Did they ask proof for the sunday advertisments with the local paper.
 
Perm____audit

It was a bad day for me.my application is selected for Audit and now Iam confused and Iam in very good company and this happened.They sent all document to DOL and waiting for approval.
And, my lawyer says it may take 3 months to maximum 1 plus years......Does anyone has any idea how much time it will take to process PERM after submitting the documents.
