I will really appreciate if you can answer this question. My company had been running an advertisement since November 13, 2005 that fit my skill set. They already filed for PERM for one employee using this ad. Now, my company lawyer is not agreeing to file for my PERM reusing the same ad. She is saying that the ad did not explicitly state fot multiple job positions. According to her, I will need to run another ad. Does a job ad for PERM processing need to explicitly state for multiple jobs so that more than one PERM can be filed against that ad?
