Paid Immigrant Visa Fees Online. What is next step? GC for Parents of U.S. Citizen

I have I-130 Petition Approved for my Parents. I also paid AOS Fee and Submitted AOS Application and Documents few weeks back.
I got notice to pay Immigrant Visa Fees online. I already paid that as well few weeks back.
Should i go ahead and fill and submit DS-230 for both of them along with documents?

I have questions
If yes, where to submit DS-230? At National Visa Center or Consulate in India?
Do i have to send original Documents?

Please assist me on what is next step?

Yes....you send DS230 to NVC. Don't forget to attach the cover sheet with barcode that you should have gotten by email. You need to send all original documents....these will be returned to your parents at the time of interview in the consulate.

After researching online, i found that these are list of documents to be sent to NVC.

However also on their website they have seperate link for documents to be sent to Mumbai Consulate

At this stage,you should be sending all documents to NVC....they will forward these to Mumbai consulate. This is how it was for my parents in Delhi....I'm sure it works the same for Mumbai too.
