Overstay and I-485

I am a US citizen petitioning mother. We want to submit both i-130 and i-485 for concurrent processing.
On the Instruction of I-485 (Who may file i-485, Item#10 Who is not eligible to adjust status?)
"Your authorized stay expired before you file this application".
Is this meaning i-485 not accepted for overstay visitor (B1/B2 with I-94)?
 
Keep reading...the spouse, child, or parent of a USC is an Immediate Relative and as such merely needs a lawful entry but does NOT require continued lawful status in order to file (with a disputed area involving Visa Waiver Program entrants---this does not apply if she has an I-94).
 
Oh. I have found in "F. You failed to maintain your non immigrant status......; unless you are applying
because you are an immediate relative of US citizen(parent, spouse, widow...)"
