OPT Issue

Hi,

This is Bhaskar. I have a question about my OPT status. My Opt end date is 09/30/08 and I have applied for Opt extension(I am eligible for this extension). USCIS has received my application on 08/08/08 and it is still pending.

At the same time have applied for H1B and my H1B got picked up and this is also in pending status.

So What is my status after September 30, 2008?

What do I need to do be in the status?

Please sir help me out to solve this issue.
