I work for a consulting company in KY. My I-140 was recently approved and I sent all the paper work for I-485 to the company lawyers this past wednesday. Yesterday, my boss asked if I would move to Dallas(the company has another office in Dallas). The lawyers are saying it might be better to wait until 6 months after the I-485 is filed before I make a move. I really want to move but at the same time the case is a priority. Any thoughts? Will I be taking a huge risk by moving around the same time the I-485 is filed? Are there any other options? Thanks
