I have fallen in love and have been in a relationship with a person whose marriage (and whose residency was granted the two-year conditional green card) was anulled on the grounds of fraud. We have been together for some time now, and their green card is about to expire. Is there any type of recourse possible to keep this person in the States legally? Is another marriage to a citizen possible?
