Hi guys,

I can see the tracking info of my passport. It was picked up from D.C on Jan 30 and delivery estimated date is Feb 2.

Once I get my passport, I will update the tracker list.

So far I canot see any moment of my letter in response to my tracking number.

Tracking information is normally available after 6 / 7 pm if the packages are picked up by noon / evening. Maybe its too early to start tracking on fedex if its been picked up today... hope to see few more approvals later today

Did you try calling DC office? Are they providing any info over the phone now ?

I just tried calling them, the message said "all representatives are busy helping other customers, please hang up and try again later".

Does it means that one cannot wait over the phone to speak with someone? or am i missing something............anyway will wait for few more days.....
