Oct 3rd, 2002: Approved, Thanks to Allah

Dear Friends,

Yesterday, I received the approval Email from USCIS for both my wife and I.

Here is what we went through:

Labor (first part): May 2001
Labor Approved (second Part): Nov. 2001
I-140 Approved: Sep. 2002 after many RFEs
I-485 Filed: Oct. 2002
I-485 Approved: Nov. 29, 2004

my wife and I filed:
3 x Advande Parole (1 for Mine, 2 for my wife)
3 x EAD (all mine)
2 x FP (each one of us) Last one on 8/2/2004

for which I would receive RFEs too.
I contacted a Congressman and a senator, but they just caused the delay to be more.

Good luck with every one and have fait in God.

By the way: I have lost my password on rupnet and can not update my record.

Hi, did you receive any RFEs for 485? If yes, can you elaborate what it was and what documents did you send?
