Hello Friends I need some help if anyone here can.I am Indian who is naturalised UScitizen.My spouse is same deal but pakistan origin .Which card should I apply for her .So we dont have to go to embassy to get visa every year.Plus we plan to setltle back there in few years.

Thanks for you reply.But I am still not sure whcih card she would be eligible for.I know she will not get OCI.Is she eligible for PIO? or any other status for permenant residency. :confused:

You could try for PIO since your wife is currently a US citizen, not a citizen of Pakistan, and she is your (an ex-Indian citizen's) spouse. So technically she does fulfill the definition of PIO as given on Indian embassy's web site -
