OCI granted (partly)

OCI is granted for all 3 of us (we applied as a family) but the status shows that the documents were printed and mailed for me alone. My wife's and daughter's status still is Granted.

Is there a problem with the status or something bigger like my wife and child have to wait for theirs to be printed and mailed separately?
