Thanks God I got Approved on 11 April 2003. Mywife and son also got approved.
My Case is also a little complex case, my son got RFE on 11/19/2002 and i didn't get at my mail, at that time i was even not checking my son's case(because i don't have his receipt No, i got receipt No on feb 2003)
My lawyer requested INS to re Issue the RFE, I got RFE on 9 march, the last to submit the RFE has already expired, we submit the RFE after 1 month of Expiration date. I was scared that they might deny the RFE, but looks like they accept it.
