Non-Approved guys in May-Sep 01 range - Pls post

Hi Guys,

Its been a very good day for many of us.
The next turn is for all from May-Sep 01.
Please post your details here. We can create a file of unapproved guys in this range.
 
Mine dates are

RD - 08/01
ND - 09/01 (SRC01272XXX)

I have friends in July 2001 that are still waiting. I think there are a lot of people who are approved but some are not.

I wonder if those guys did something special.
 
I've been tracking ND Aug 20, 2001 (SRC01248XXXXX) and for the month of Jan 2004, I can see 15 cases approved, 15 RFEd and 7 transferred for this date only.

'Hope I will see approval in Feb.

Well my RD is May 1st 2001 and ND is June 18th 2001, and awaiting for approval. Iam unfortunately going through this long wait because of my idiot, stupid, reckless lawyer (i don't have any words to describe them) who has filed my case at TSC instead of CSC. My lawyer sent my application to TSC instead of CSC by mistake. I did'nt imagine that it will be such a big and costly error at that time. All my collegues who filed their 485s a few days after mine at CSC got their apporovals about 2 years back. Sofar my lawyer has cost me 2 years of delay, we shall see how costly this error is!
