Hello,
I recieved a NOID letter from the USCIS on my I485 stating that i was out of status when i switched my job in 2002 when my employer failed to transfer my H1 for less then 60 days.
I had recieved this letter in Dec'08 and my attorney responded back in a timely manner, but we still havent recieved a responce from the INS, which they said as per their letter that they would do so within 60 days.
My question is...if the INS doesnt respond is it a good thing or not, or is this going to be again a similar situation which we have with our GC approval. A time of silent torture of not knowing when and what will happen?
Also i hear their are too many RFE's and NOID's being issued recently is that true?
This is getting so retarded and ridiculous...the wait and uncertainty of not knowing what our future is going to be.......
