no receipt yet

hi
i had applied for my H1 (for masters quota i am in my OPT)
My employer said Uscis had received my package by july 2nd week
but still did not get the receipt yet
then my employer siad they had applied for premium processing
2 weeks back but still i didnot get any receipt ..
they didnot send any package back
i really dont know whats happening
can any one help me in this

Ask your employer/Attorney to check whether the fees/cheque has been cashed/cleared. Also, they can make an enquiry by sending fax. I had similar experience but i filed for H1 extension. I didnt recieve any reciept, after waiting for 15 business days, my attorney sent a fax and on 19th day i got approved.
Keep checking with your attorney/employer!

for the reply the fees/cheque has not been cleared yet so i am worried
my employer said they called INS but ins said they will look into the matter
but i am not sure what my employer is doing
