No Fingerprint Notice et! 5 month passed..

Hi every one It it any trend that some of you still waiting for fingerprints.
By kids got just 2 weeks after my ND.
Any light on this please...

You didn't post your time line. When did you submit, to which center etc?
I submitted my I-485 in July of 2007, see my signature, I got my FP notice in January of 2008. If you were in that window, you may get it soon.
I phoned TSC last December, but were told to wait. By phoning, at least I know that the FP didn't get lost.

My RD for I485 is 9/11/2007, was received at IO on 15th July 2007.
I got EAD in couple of weeks time.
I filed I140 on EB1A to the TSC.
My kids got the FP just couple of weeks after RD.
I called couple of time to TSC by POJ technique. But was told to wait as there are no dates available for FP appointment.
As you mentioned may be I have to wait for couple of weeks time.

What the IO told you might be true. My kid got his FP notice in couple of weeks, but my spouse and I got ours in couple of months (see my signature). Please notice, a group of people like you and me (who filed I-485 in the July-August window) got delayed in getting FPs. Your time line for I-485 is very similar to mine, except that I filed my I-140 earlier and got approved in October. You shall get your FP soon. I think TSC just started to issue FPs for I-485s filed in July-August.

10/07 NOTICE DATE FOR 485
02/08 RFE FOR I-140
03/08 REPlied RFE
04/08 I-140 approved


I still have not recieved the finger printing notice so

04/08 initiated service request for FP

any insight is appreciated
 
Service Request will not help much, As I have done couple of times with no good results.

9 months passed with no FP notices!!!

It is very frustrating state with out any communication from INS
 
dude, not worry, my case is worse than yours

2007/JULY/3rd received by INS
2007/Sept/10 Noticed by INS
calls and customer services made nothing, no FP, :(:(
 
11 months passed, No fingerprint notice etttt....

Hi Hvmmmk, Hope you are in the same boat as mine.
Hope fully I will break the record of 1 year.

Update: got FP finally

My PD has been current since Jan/2008. I called lots and asked for serveral service requests, 1 time infopass :(:(

hello, did you got fp notice after info pas, for me it is still no FP notice. I talked to IO using POJ method, NC and SC are completed. this FP is not being done and it is becoming stressful condition

I do not know. But at infopass I have not got any positive response. I guess perhaps you should wait for some time. Now TSC is dealing with July/2007 485 cases, my case is within their processing time and I guess it should be the real reason I got FP notice recently.
