Hi all,
I applied for my mother's adjustment of status back in Sep. My mother had her first set of FP on Oct 9th. Too bad, FBI rejected as the finger prints were not clear enought so USCIS sent another letter asking my mother to re-take her finger prints on Oct 25th. She went & got her biometrics taken care of on Oct 25th per USCIS instructions. She also told the supervisor there that she is here for her second FP as the first one were rejected. It's been almost 2 weeks now & there is no change in the LUD when I check her status online. Is this something to be concerned about. I called USCIS cust service couple of days back & they said they have no idea and may be we should give it another week. My mother is anxiously waiting for her AP (I-131) document so she could make a quick trip back home & come right back before her interview. Now, do you all think that this second FP could delay her AP document. How would I know that the second set of FP went ok & were scanned properly.
